Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your Solvago account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent: trips, timelines, budgets, memories, photos and extracted bookings cannot be recovered.
Option 1 — In the app (recommended)
- Open Solvago and go to Settings (your avatar, top right).
- Tap Account → Delete account.
- Confirm with your password or biometric check.
- Your account is deactivated immediately and all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You'll receive a confirmation email when deletion completes.
Option 2 — By email
If you can't access the app, send a deletion request from the email address linked to your account to privacy@solvago.app with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify your identity and confirm deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
Account details, trips and timelines, extracted bookings and forwarded emails, budgets and expense splits, memories, photos, Discover alerts and preferences, and device tokens. Shared memory links stop working immediately.
What we may retain
Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. billing records, kept per tax law) and anonymized analytics that can no longer be linked to you. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the App Store or Google Play — deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.
Deleting single items instead
You don't have to delete everything: individual trips, bookings, photos and memories can be removed in the app (long-press → Delete), and inbox connections can be disconnected under Settings → Connected email. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
