1. Agreement

By creating an account or using the Solvago apps and solvago.app (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old.

2. The Service

Solvago organizes travel information: it extracts bookings from emails you forward or connect, builds trip timelines, tracks budgets, watches flight prices (Discover), and creates shareable trip memories. Solvago is an organizational tool — it is not a travel agent, carrier or booking platform. Your contracts for flights, stays and other services are with the respective providers.

3. Accuracy of travel data

Extracted booking details, flight times, prices and price alerts are provided for convenience and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. Always verify critical details (departure times, terminals, fare conditions) with your provider before traveling. Solvago is not liable for missed flights, bookings or price changes.

4. Your account & content

You are responsible for your credentials and for the content you upload (photos, notes, memories). You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service. When you share a memory link, you are responsible for what you share and with whom; you can revoke a link at any time.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful content, no scraping or reverse engineering, no interfering with the Service or other users' accounts, no forwarding emails you are not entitled to process.

6. Subscriptions

Core features are free. Optional paid plans are billed through the App Store or Google Play; pricing, renewal and cancellation are managed there and shown before purchase. Refunds follow the store's policies.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where practicable.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our total liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes, law & contact

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance. Questions: legal@solvago.app.
