Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The Service is operated by SOLVAGO sp. z o.o. (“Solvago”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a limited liability company registered in Poland.

2. App stores and the standard EULA

Solvago is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. The app is licensed to you, not sold.

For the iOS app, unless a separate custom license is provided, your license is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Apple Standard EULA”). For the Android app, Google Play’s terms also apply. These Terms are supplemental terms that apply to your account, the Service and your use of Solvago. If there is a conflict between the Apple Standard EULA and these Terms regarding the iOS license, the Apple Standard EULA controls to the extent of that conflict.

Apple and Google are not responsible for the Service, its content, booking extraction, flight or price data, user content, or support, except as required by applicable law or their own terms.

3. What Solvago does

Solvago is a travel companion that organizes travel information. Depending on the version of the app, it may:

• extract bookings (flights, stays, car rentals and other reservations) from confirmation emails you forward or from verified senders;
• build day-by-day trip timelines;
• track budgets in your currency, split by category and by traveler;
• discover and monitor flight offers based on the direction, budget and dates you provide (Discover);
• create shareable trip memories with your route, places, stays and photos;
• let you invite co-travelers to view or edit a trip or budget;
• let you set trip cover images from a stock photo library.

Solvago is an organizational tool — it is not a travel agent, carrier, tour operator or booking platform. Your contracts for flights, stays and other services are with the respective providers. Solvago does not sell travel and is not a party to those contracts.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If your country requires a higher age to use online services or to consent to data processing without parental consent, you must meet that age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law.

5. Accounts and security

Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, except where caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the Service.

6. Forwarding booking emails and verified senders

When you forward a confirmation email to your personal Solvago forwarding address (at the in.solvago.app domain), or add a verified sender, you instruct us to process that email in order to extract booking details. Processing is automated and may use an AI model (see our Privacy Policy, section 3). You must only forward emails that you are entitled to process, and you must not forward content that infringes the rights of others.

7. Accuracy of travel data

Extracted booking details, timelines, flight times, offers, prices and price alerts are provided for convenience and may be incomplete, delayed, outdated or inaccurate. Always verify critical details — departure times, terminals, gates, fare conditions, check-in requirements and cancellation policies — directly with your airline, hotel or other provider before you travel or rely on them. Solvago is not liable for missed flights, missed bookings, price changes, or decisions you make based on information in the Service.

8. Discover and flight prices

Discover shows flight offers and price signals sourced from third-party data (currently provided by Duffel). These are informational estimates only; availability, price and conditions change constantly and are confirmed only by the provider at the moment of booking. Solvago does not guarantee that any offer is available, accurate or bookable, and does not sell or book flights on your behalf.

9. Fees

The Service is currently provided free of charge and there are no in-app purchases at this time. If we introduce optional paid plans in the future, pricing, renewal and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play under their policies, and we will update these Terms accordingly.

10. Your content and license

You may create, upload, save, export and share content through the Service, including trips, itineraries, notes, photos, budgets and memories (“User Content”). You retain your rights in your User Content. You grant Solvago a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display and transmit your User Content solely to provide, operate, secure, troubleshoot, improve and support the Service, to comply with law, and to provide the features you request (such as booking extraction, memories and sharing). You represent that you have the rights needed to submit and share your User Content and that it does not violate law or the rights of others.

11. Sharing, memory links and collaboration

When you create a shareable memory link, anyone with the link can view the shared content until you revoke it. When you invite co-travelers, they can view or edit according to the role you assign. Recipients may copy, save or re-share content outside Solvago, so share only what you are comfortable making visible. You are responsible for what you share and with whom, and you can revoke a link or remove a collaborator at any time.

12. Acceptable use

You may not:

• violate any law or the rights of others;
• forward or upload unlawful, harmful, infringing or abusive content, or emails you are not entitled to process;
• harass, threaten or impersonate others;
• scrape, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt or attack the Service;
• bypass authentication, rate limits or other security controls;
• interfere with the Service or with other users’ accounts or data.

13. Third-party services and data providers

Solvago relies on third-party services for functions such as authentication, hosting, storage, email routing, AI-based extraction, flight data, stock imagery and notifications — including Cloudflare, Anthropic, Duffel, Pexels, Expo, Apple and Google. These services and their data may be unavailable, delayed, inaccurate or subject to their own terms and privacy policies. Solvago is not responsible for third-party outages, data errors or changes outside our reasonable control.

14. Availability, changes and beta features

We may modify, suspend, discontinue or replace features at any time, including booking extraction, Discover, memories, budgets or data providers. Some features (such as Discover) may be experimental or in beta, may be less reliable, and may change or be removed without notice. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or available in every location.

15. Intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, interface, branding, logos, text and graphics — is owned by Solvago or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you only a limited right to use the Service in accordance with them and, for the iOS app, the Apple Standard EULA. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer or create derivative works from the Service except where permitted by law.

16. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in the app under Settings → Privacy → Delete account, or by contacting hello@solvago.app (see the Data Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse the Service, with notice where practicable. Deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy (section 10), including a short grace period and choices for content shared with co-travelers.

17. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. No information provided through the Service — including extracted bookings, timelines, flight offers, prices, price alerts or memories — is a guarantee, professional advice or an assurance that any booking, time or price is correct.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solvago will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or opportunities, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including reliance on extracted bookings, flight or price data, third-party data, shared content, or device or network limitations. To the extent liability cannot be fully excluded, our total liability for claims arising from the Service is limited to the amounts (if any) you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your non-waivable statutory consumer rights.

19. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by applicable law (and, if you are a consumer, only to the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law), you agree to indemnify and hold Solvago harmless from claims, damages, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, your infringement of third-party rights, or content you forward, upload, publish or share through the Service.

20. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we process and your rights.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you — for example by updating the date above or announcing the change in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.

22. Governing law, consumer rights and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you habitually reside. Courts in Poland have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring or defend claims elsewhere.

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, and other out-of-court dispute-resolution options may be available to you.
